Okay, first off, I would like to say, out of experience:
CashCrate is real, it isn't a scam.. and it's pretty easy when you get the hang of it.
You can even go to CashCrate forums - located on their site,
and see other people starting out, getting help, and posting proof.

Anyways,
go to CashCrate - and sign up.
Note: when signing for a CashCrate account, use real information -
I mean, you do want your check.. right?
[Don't worry.. It'll be different with surveys]

When you sign up - you should be able to go to the members area,
and then you'll see something similar to this:

I'll just start from the top

* [I'll put the words in black, for it's easier to read than yellow!] I would use this for any help you need.. its the community! You have you FAQ's [Frequently Asked Questions] to go to for help. And you have the Forums. Everyone on the forums are pretty willing to help - Wouldn't you be if you were making easy money from this site? Don't be afraid to ask for help!

* This one, the orange - is for your current status. It shows the amount of money you have earned so far, and the amount of "Bonus Points" as well. You can click on this to go to a "break down" page of how much you've earn over your entire time at Cash Crate. You can also go to your "Account Settings" from here too, where you can change your information and payment settings.

* This area is for other information you might want to view. It holds the shopping center for the "bonus points", as well as Your Account information, information on referring other people - gaining benefits, contest, and other goodies!

* This is probably your most important area - why? Because it holds how you make the money - a list of surveys, along with the payout [how much it'll pay you], and the cost - typically they don't cost anything, but some may (for trials and whatnot). According to CashCrate, if it doesn't say it cost anything then it absolutely shouldn't. So you could try credit card ones, for free trials, and they shouldn't charge anything extra on your card.. but I tend to stick to the free ones!

-----------------------------------------------------

Now, before you start taking surveys.. I'd recommend somethings that will speed up your survey taking, and help you have a better experience at CashCrate.

1] Get a new email address. Gmail [google mail] provides good a nice service.
Sign up fast and free at G-mail.com.
Whats wrong with your old email address? Well, a lot of these offers, and surveys are going to spam you.. to death! So this other email address will basically be a spam one. I have over 20,000 emails in mine - all spam.

There are also some nice tips and tricks to Google Mail.
Some of these surveys are by the same site - so you may fill out 3 surveys, that were produced by the same company.. and they don't want to pay for 3 of your surveys, when they only got your information.
How to beat this? Use a new email address.
Google mail helps, cause it's like 20 email addresses in 1 - for you can add a "." anywhere in the name of it.
Example -
ThisName@gmail.com can be all of these names :

ThisName@gmail.com
T.hisName@gmail.com
Th.isName@gmail.com
This.Name@gmail.com
ThisN.ame@gmail.com
ThisNa.me@gmail.com
ThisNam.e@gmail.com
ThisName.@gmail.com

See the "." in different places each time?
That 1 email address is now 8 different ones,
but it all gets routed back to ThisName@gmail.com
Google just allows the .'s anywhere.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Another thing to worry about - along with the email address - cookies!
Internet cookies that is. As I said, one company can have several surveys..
and they keep track of your internet cookies. So clear them out - and they
can't track them. They usually automatically delete after 30mins, but
if your making some serious cash, powering through surveys - you might
not get credit for one, if you have the same email, or still have cookies.

If you want to delete cookies in FireFox:
click Tools in the top toolbar.
Then click "Clear Private Data".
If a box comes up, make sure "cookies" are checked, and press OK.
If a box doesn't come up.. you should be good to go.

Clearing in Internet Explorer
At the top toolbar, click tools.
Go to Internet Options.
Click "Delete".
Press "delete cookies".
Press Yes, or Okay.
Your done!
------------------------------------------------------------------
Now, do the surveys seem a bit long? They might because...
they make them that way, tricking you.
You only actually have to do what the description of the survey says..
If you see a survey that says, "Fill out the one-page sign up form".. well
then you ONLY have to fill out the one-page sign up form.. then you can go
back to cashcrate and go to a new survey.

Most of the time people will fill out pages and pages of stuff they don't need to do.
Because when you fill out that one-page sign up form, they'll forward
you to a look questionnaire or something.. one that you don't have to do.
So just exit out the page.. and go on to another. :)
-------------------------------------------------------------

How to fly through surveys.. fast, and easy -
There are programs and software out there that will auto-fill out forms for you..
at the click of a button - easy.. isn't it?
One I use personally is RoboForm.
Download it at : RoboForm's Website
It's pretty fast, you take a few minutes to set up your information
in it, and then when you go to take a survey.. press the "fill forms" button,
and BINGO.. everything's filled out for you..

What are you waiting for? Go signup now! <--- please use my link!

If you need any help, have questions, or comments.. let me know. :]
